"The Golden Triangle Experience"
During this holiday with crouchingtigertours, you will ride to a cliff-top location overlooking Laos and enjoy a unique view of the sunset. You will dine with a view over the Mekong River, the lifeline of Indochina.
You will stand at the mythical Golden Triangle, the meeting point of Thailand, Burma, and Laos. You will visit a temple that is home to some very cheeky monkeys, then spend the night at the King of Thailand’s Royal Villa high in the mountains bordering Burma.
You will take time out to sample delicious Oolong tea and walk through the very field in which it was grown. And you will visit isolated Karen hill-tribe villages where you will meet the friendly people living there.
Put all of this together and you will have a unique and golden experience of Thailand – and memories of some wonderfully enjoyable cycling.
