Experience the immense power of The Victoria Falls, a World Heritage Listed site and natural wonder of the world.

At a little over a mile (1,708 meters) wide and with a vertical drop of 295 - 351 feet (90 - 107 meters), the Victoria Falls drops an average of 550,000 cubic meters of water over its edge into the Zambezi Gorge every minute.

During your stay you will see the "African Spectacular" tribal dancing, take a guided walking tour of Victoria Falls, visit a craft market, enjoy the African Restaurant and sit back and relax on a sunset cruise on the Zambezi River.

Day 1: Johannesburg - Victoria Falls
Mid-morning departure. Hotel transfer on arrival at Victoria Falls. Late afternoon "African Spectacular" tribal dancing. Enjoy Dinner at the Boma Restaurant with a wide variety of African foods.

Overnight accommodation: A'Zambezi River Lodge, Kingdom Hotel or Victoria Falls Hotel

Day 2: Victoria Falls (DBB)
After breakfast, a guided tour of the Victoria Falls, one of the seven natural wonders of the world. This walking safari takes one through the magnificent rain forest to view the Cataracts, Livingstone's statue and a wide variety of birds and plants. Visit the craft village with opportunity to see traditional lifestyles and markets. Afternoon sunset cruise on the Zambezi River.

Day 2: Victoria Falls - Johannesburg (B)

Oudtshoorn - Knysna: Travel over Outeniqua Pass to George. Board Outeniqua Choo Tjoe steam train for short journey. Transfer to Knysna and board ferry to the Featherbed Nature Reserve. Enjoy trailer ride to top of Western Head and walk back through Milkwood trees for lunch.

Day 4 - Saturday: Overnight in Knysna - Meals: B
Knysna: Drive through Nature’s Valley and the Tsitsikamma Forests. Return to Knysna via Plettenberg Bay.

Day 5 - Sunday: Overnight in Hermanus - Meals: B, L
Knysna - Hermanus: Travel via George, Mossel Bay and Swellendam (lunch). Continue to Hermanus - world’s best shore based whale watching sites (Aug - Nov).

Day 6 - Monday: Tour Ends - Meals: B
Hermanus - Cape Town: Depart Hermanus via coastal road to Somerset West. Lunch at wine farm. Continue to Cape Town where tour ends on arrival late afternoon. Passengers may disembark, on request, at Cape Town International Airport.

Day 1 - Wednesday or Saturday: Overnight Etosha National Park - Meals: D
Windhoek to Etosha National Park: Depart Windhoek. Short stop at Mount Etjo where more guests may join the tour. Continue via Outjo into Etosha National Park. Game drive en-route to a Rest camp.

Day 2 - Thursday or Sunday: Overnight Etosha National Park - Meals: B, D
Etosha National Park: The entire day will be spent in the park, exploring the waterholes along this enormous saltpan. Lunch stop at one of the rest camps (lunch not included).

Day 3 - Friday or Monday: Overnight on the eastern border of Etosha - Meals: B, D
Etosha National Park: Another day of explorations in this world famous National Park. Your specialist guide will introduce you to the complex subject of managing such an enormous reserve. Lunch stop at one of the rest camps (own expense). We leave the park late afternoon.

Day 4 - Saturday or Tuesday: Tour Ends - Meals: B
Lake Otjikoto to Windhoek: Visit Lake Otjikoto and the mine museum in Tsumeb. Opportunity to join the group en-route to Victoria Falls. Continue towards Windhoek via Otjiwarongo and Okahandja where we will visit the Herero graves and a local handicraft market. Tour ends on arrival in Windhoek in the late afternoon.
