When the heat hits the plains from Alentejo, it illuminates the immensity of the vineyards, recreating an nectar of incorporated character, with an aroma and characteristics that seems to ask for a long aging. From the most used white castes of the Wine Region of Alentejo, three rebound: the “Roupeiro”, of a fine aroma, balanced and with a citron tone; the “Rabo de Ovelha”, with an eminent productive basis; and the “Antão Vaz” of singular aroma and personalized. From the reds, the remarkable are the “Aragonez”, offering body to the wine; the aromatized “Periquita”, with soft flavour; and the “Trincadeira”, refreshing and with a considerable alcohol level. A route with specialized technical accompaniment which includes car, guide, one night accommodation in a superior quality unit, 4 exceptional meals, wine tastes and visits to the mentioned productors.
