The Everest Base Camp trek is a classic walk from Lukla to Kalapatthar close to the base camp of the world's highest mountain. A sound level of fitness is required to make the most of this excellent trek. The walking is at times strenuous; there will be days when you will be very tired, particularly on the climb to Kalapatthar, but the rewards are there. The mountain views on this trek are arguably the best in Nepal. The towering snowy peaks surround you at all times. Everest (8848m), Lhotse (8511m), Makalu (8481m), Nuptse (7879m), Ama Dablam (6856m), Thamserku (6623m), Kwangde (6194m) and the list goes on. It's pure Himalayan magic! Our trekking crews in the Everest (or Khumbu) area are the famous Sherpas and their warmth, friendliness and experience are a great bonus on our Everest treks.

Day 01 Kathmandu
Arrival & transfer to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel

Day 02 Kathmandu
Sightseeing to Swayambhunath Stupa, Kathmandu Durbar Square,

Pashupatinath Temple and Boudha Nath Stupa.

Day 03 Kathmandu – Lukla

Fly 30 minutes to Lukla (2840 m) and trek to Phakding (2640 m) 04 hrs. Overnight at Teahouse Lodge

Day 04 Phakding – Namche Bazaar

Trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar, (3440 m), 06 hrs.

Overnight at Teahouse Lodge

Day 05 Namche Bazaar

Rest and view the Mt. Everest with high range of Himalayas.

Day 06 Namche Bazaar – Tengboche

Trek from Namche Bazaar to Tengboche (3860m), 05 hrs.

Overnight at Teahouse Lodge

Day 07 Tengboche – Dingboche

Trek from Tengboche to Dingboche (4350 m), 06 hrs.

Overnight at Teahouse Lodge

Day 08 Dingboche – Dingboche

Trek from Dingboche to Chhukung (4732 m) and back to

Dingboche. Overnight at Teahouse Lodge

Day 09 Dingboche - Lobuche

Trek from Dingboche to Lobuche (4925 m), 6 hrs.

Overnight at Teahouse Lodge

Day 10 Lobuche – Gorakshep

Trek from Lobuche - Gorakshep (5170 m) to Kalapatthar (5545 m) and back to Gorakshep, 06 hrs. Overnight at Teahouse Lodge

Day 11 Gorakshep – Gorakshep

Trek from Gorakshep to Everest Base Camp (5210 m) and back to Gorakshep (5170 m), 07 hrs. Overnight at Teahouse Lodge

Day 12 Gorakshep – Pheriche

Trek from Gorakshep to Pheriche (4280 m) 06 hrs.

Overnight at Teahouse Lodge

Day 13 Pheriche – Tengboche

Trek from Pheriche to Tengboche (3860 m) 04 hrs.

Overnight at Teahouse Lodge

Day 14 Tengboche – Namche Bazaar

Trek from Tengboche to Namche Bazaar (3440 m) 05 hrs.

Overnight at Teahouse Lodge

Day 15 Namche Bazaar – Lukla

Trek from Namche Bazaar – Lukla (2840 m) 07 hrs.

Overnight Teahouse Lodge

Day 16 Lukla – Kathmandu

Fly to Kathmandu (30 min)

Overnight at the hotel

Day 17 Kathmandu Departure
Departure transfer to Airport for onward journey.
